Recruiting Candidates On Campus

The campus recruitment process consists of a written test, group discussion and personal interview. The written tests are usually performed to check the technical aptitude and logical reasoning of the participating candidates. The candidates who pass the written test are then called for group discussion where they are put in groups of 6-12 people and given a topic to speak on for about 10-15 minutes. During the group discussion the interviewee evaluates the performance of every candidate on parameters that range from knowledge, speaking skills, language, leadership, team involvement, listening ability to the ones decided by the interviewing company. Those who clear this stage are then called for a personal interview with the interviewing company that seeks to know the candidate more in terms of his/her goals and aspirations and if he/she would make the best fit for the organization.
